Issue:
An employee was unable to see the "Holiday" leave option in KeyNet Leave Requests, even though other Attendance Codes were available.
The employee’s KeyNet account included the correct role (REQUESTLEAVE), but the "Holiday" leave type was not displayed when attempting to submit a leave request.
Solution:
Check the setup for that Attendance Code using KE0080, and click "Leave Requests".
If the "Leave Accrual Group defined" option is selected, then this Attendance Code is only available to employees who accrue this type of leave:
Go to Employee Maintenance -> Employee Status, and ensure that the employee is assigned to the correct Leave Accrual group (i.e. an accrual group that accrues this type of leave).
