If you are not seeing the Live Chat box in our Client Care portal, it is likely a firewall issue. Please ask your IT department to look into this:
- Open Chrome in guest mode
- Log into the Keystone Client Care portal
- Right-click anywhere on the page
- Select "Inspect" from the dropdown, and go to the "Console" tab
There, you may see some WebSocket connection failures (see screenshot below).
