What is needed for Live Chat to appear in Keystone's Client Care Portal?

If you are not seeing the Live Chat box in our Client Care portal, it is likely a firewall issue. Please ask your IT department to look into this:

There, you may see some WebSocket connection failures (see screenshot below). 

Please update your proxies or firewall settings to allow these connections. If you need further assistance, please contact Keystone at clientcare@keyinfosys.com.
