If deduction/benefits did not calculate, is it using the Service Months as part of the calculation?

If the Service Months field is blank, the deduction/benefit will not calculate.

System Administration Menu -> Payroll Controls -> Deduction and Benefit Codes Entry (KE0036) -> Select a code -> Select the Rates (KE0037) button

Review the Deduction and Benefit Codes Entry for the setup, shown outlined below.

**Retirement/Months and Annual/Months options use the Service Months as part of the calculation.

Employee Maintenance (KE0001) -> Select the tab labeled Service Years (KE0078)

Then review the Employee Service Years screen (KE0078) for the Service Months setup.
