If you have lost your menu, shortcuts, or search bar, your screen will look similar to the one below.
To fix this, go to the top left hand corner and click on 'View' so it drops down. Select 'Menu Bar' and 'Shortcuts' so that they have a check mark beside them, shown below.
Alternatively, these icons also toggle the Menu Bar and Shortcuts:
This will bring your Menu, Shortcuts, and Search options back. If you do not see them right away, try logging out of Keystone Client and then back in again.
**NOTE: If you have followed these instructions and still do not see your Menu or Shortcuts, contact Client Care.
