Go under Requisitioning -&gt; KeyNet Requisition Maintenance (RQ2220) -&gt; Look at the line beneath the buttons, that will show the error. Fix the issue, then click the button that says 'Create Requisition'. If a user enters a requisition on the web and it cannot be processed (insufficient funds, etc.), it will go to the KeyNet Maintenance screen for temporary holding. By using screen RQ2220 you can decide what you want to do, make a change or delete it or OK it to make it a Live Requisition. From here it will move it to the Live Requisition and approval will start rolling forward.&nbsp;
