How does Keystone handle requisitions with a zero dollar amount at year end? Will they roll over?

Yes, zero dollars will roll over so they need to be canceled or completed before year end. 

Note: We do not suggest you roll over requisitions. Instead, you should turn it into a Purchase Order or cancel it.
