How do I set up Personnel Directory?

Go to the KEMS System Administration Menu -> KEMS Parameters -> KEMS KeyNet Parameters (KE0715) 

Click the Personnel Directory (KE1451) button.

On this screen you can enter in fields from the EMPMAST table to display on the Directory page. The Label field is what shows in the Column header of the results in KeyNet. Default = Y will show for all users unless the user creates their own custom version of the view. On the directory page in KeyNet there is a button to customize the view (remove or re-arrange the information in the directory).

If you would like users to see everyone in the directory, you must select Disable Employee Security.

Note: For users to see the Personnel Directory in KeyNet, they must be assigned the ORGDIRECTORY role.
