How do I set up my holiday calendar with non-working days for specific groups of employees?

Employee Management System Menu -> Employee Admistration -> Holiday Calendar

Click on the day you need to change -> click New

Use the look up on Calendar Code and choose the group that needs to be non work ($ALL will put everyone off) and then put H in Type of Day. Repeat all of this if you need to do multiple groups.
