How do I set up cost schedules for the new year?

Real Property Appraisal -> Valuation Schedules -> Cost Schedules (TA0337) -> Use the Look Up (magnifying glass) icon to search for the Schedule you need.

The system will ask, “Enter cycle to maintain, (A)ppraised or (R)evaluation -> Enter R   

The schedule will then populate and you can take the data from your spreadsheet and manually update each column as need be. When you are finished select OK to save your changes.
