First, you need to know if your organization is doing “direct printing” from Keystone. In other words, when you print a report, do you see a list with a “Preview” button as well as other printers?

If so, please have your IT department reach out to Keystone to coordinate adding this printer, as it will need to be installed on your Keystone server and configured within our software.
That said, many Keystone customers, including all newer FIS/KEMS installations, are set up to automatically preview reports within Keystone Client. In this scenario, no additional configuration is needed – you just need to install the new printer on your computer, restart your computer, and Keystone Client will recognize your default printer.
