Once you have selected the query, click the Query Properties icon:

If you would like to email the query, fill out the following fields on the "Email" tab. (Note: the "Text" box is not required.)

Then fill out the "Schedule" tab. Here are some helpful notes for that:

If you're emailing the query results, that's all you need to do. However if you would like to write to a specific location on your network, fill out the "Advanced" tab as well.
