How do I restrict employees from changing information in KeyNet?

System Administration Menu -> KEMS Parameters -> KEMS KeyNet Paameters (KE0715)

Select the Employee Portal Parameters (KE0956) -> Here you can enable viewing of each section of the portal and setup data fields using the buttons

Under the buttons you can indicate if the employee can change the field without approval or documentation, if approval is required, if documentation is required, or if no changes are allowed.
