Help CenterIf a taxpayer is switching from escrow/lender billing to self-pay, or is changing lenders, you can remove the lender code from the taxbill using the Taxbill Maintenance (TC0123) screen.
Note: This action does not remove the lender from the parcel. To remove lender information from a parcel, please refer to the article: How Do I Remove a Lender Code from a Parcel.
Go to Tax Application Menu -> Collections -> System/File Maintenance -> File Maintenance -> Taxbill Maintenance (TC0123) -> Use the Look Up icon to search for the Taxbill Number -> Remove the lender information from the following fields: Original Lender, Mortgage Account Number, Service Company and Lender Destination.
