Help CenterIf a taxpayer is switching from escrow/lender billing to self-pay, or is changing lenders, you can remove the lender code from the parcel using the Lender Maintenance (TC0125) screen.
Note: This action does not remove the lender from tax bills that have already been sent. If you need to remove lender information from an issued tax bill, please refer to the article: How Do I Remove a Lender Code from a Taxbill.
Go to the Tax Application Menu -> Collections -> System/File Maintenance -> File Maintenance -> Lender Maintenance (TC0125) -> Use the Look Up icon to search for the Parcel Id -> Clear out the Original Lender Code field -> Select OK to save the change
