How do I release record locks (for example, if someone gets disconnected while editing a record)?

This new utility is included with version 26.1.

The Unlock Users utility lets administrators log out a user or unlock records locked by a user in Keystone Client sessions.

When opening the program, a list of current Keystone Client users is available.  Select the user you want to logout or unlock:

After selecting the user, the program allows to select an action for the user.

·         Logout – ends the user’s Keystone Client session and releases any records they have locked.

·         Unlock – releases the user’s locked records but keeps their Keystone Client session active.

The "Delay Until" field automatically sets the action for one minute from the current time. To change the timing, enter a new time in hh:mm:ss AM/PM format.
