How do I make all employees' W-2 / 1095-C Forms available in KeyNet?

First, attach the W-2 / 1095-C forms to everyone’s record. Run the relevant print program (KE2015 for W-2's, KE1561 for 1095-C's) for all employees, including those who consented to e-delivery.

On the next screen (the KeyDocs screen), check the “Save Attachment in File Cabinet" box. If you have a large number of employees, this process will take a little time to run, so be patient. If you have any issues, just reach out to Client Care and ask Keystone to run this process for you.

Then, make the relevant tax year an available year to view in KeyNet:

  • Go to KEMS KeyNet Parameters -> Employee Portal Parameters -> More Parameters.
  • There you’ll see the “Viewable Years” sections for both forms. 
  • Add the year in the desired section, and “OK” all the way out
