Go to the Budget Preparation Menu -&gt; Initialize Budget Preparation (BP0024) -&gt; 'New Budget Prep Phase Number' click the dropdown arrow and choose P2 (Phase 2) -&gt; Check the box next to 'Round up' -&gt; Description type in 'Copy of Phase 1', your screen should look similar to the one below. Tab through and enter in any additional information you need and click OK to save changes.
