How do I install or upgrade Keystone Client?

  NOTE: You may need to have administrative rights to install Keystone Client.

  1. Download the latest installation program for Keystone Client (version 5.95).
  2. If Keystone Client is already installed, run the installation program and choose “uninstall.”
  3. Run the installation program (again, if applicable), and choose “install.”

If you need assistance with setting up your Keystone Client connection profile, please contact your IT department or Keystone's Client Care.

 

For advanced users: The Keystone Client Connection files (.kcc files) are stored in one of these locations:

C:\Program files (x86)\Keystone Client 

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Keystone Client
