How do I enter zip codes for countries other than the United States?

To enter zip codes for countries other than the United States you need to first add the zip code format in the Code Table Maintenance (KC0004).

This is located under: Financial Information System -> FIS System Administration-> Control File Maintenance -> Maintain Financial Tables -> Code Table Maintenance (KC0004).

**NOTE: The various formats allowed need to be separated by a comma (1A = 1 alpha) (1N = 1 number).

Once the format is set up you can then enter the zip code on the Zip Code Maintenance Screen (KC2000) using that countries code.
