How can I be alerted of any General Ledger posting errors?

Go to General System Administration -> KeyNet Parameters -> Setup KeyMail Parameters (KC1921) -> Select the General Ledger button

Select the Errors in General Ledger Posting Error, shown below highlighted in blue.

Select the View button (KC1922) -> On the KeyMail Parameters screen (KC1922) under To Email Address (separate with “;”) you may enter any email addresses that you wish to receive the General Ledger posting error notification.

Note: You can also create a Meta Query Report that will provide you with the detail of what errors occurred and why.  This can be done by adding the table ERROR as a Meta Table.  If you need assistance with creating this report, please contact Client Care.
