Generate a report for Property Tax Transactions by Date Range and/or Tax Code

This program produces a report and/or an export file of property tax transactions by tax code or year.

To run the report, navigate to Tax Application Menu → Collections → Payment Functions → Centralized Collections → Property Tax Transactions by Tax Code Report (TC0533). Enter the Date Range for the timeframe you want to report on, then select the Tax Code (specific code or All Tax Codes) and Year (specific year or All Years). Choose the Report Type: Report, Export, or Report and Export (if exporting, specify the Export File location). Select the Level of Detail: Detail (individual transactions) or Summary (totals only), and choose the Sort Order: Alphabetical or By Date. Click OK to run the report.
