We are aware of an issue with typing into lists (a.k.a. multivalued fields) when Keystone Client is on a secondary monitor, where each character you type overwrites the previous one.
One solution is to run Keystone Client from your main display.
However, since this issue only occurs when you run Keystone Client on a secondary monitor that is to the left of your main screen, making your leftmost monitor your main screen also resolves this issue.
Here is how to do that:
- Press Windows key + I to open Settings.
- Click System and select Display on the left pane.
- Under Rearrange your displays, click on Identify to Identify the displays.
- Click the display number for the leftmost external monitor.
- Click the checkbox below the displays, Make this my main display.
